30 Return Period

With our risk-free 30-day money back guarantee, you can return any MISSZON product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be returned in new condition with the original retail packaging intact. Returns may be refused if they are damaged, dented, scratched, or missing major contents and packaging. Just email us your name and order number.

Due to possible damage during shipping, returns without original packaging may be refused or refunds may be reduced. Using original packaging helps prevent damage and ensures your return is accepted. Original packaging is designed to protect the product during shipping, especially our monitors, which have fragile screens. Please keep the original packaging of your MISSZON product. If these conditions are not met, returns may be refused.

Refund requests expire 30 days after the claim is made. For items not purchased directly through the MISSZON online store, please contact the retailer for a refund. For quality-related issues, see below.

How to Return an Item

Contact Customer Support: Contact MISSZON Support to initiate a return. Provide the order number and reason for the return. You can also access our returns portal here.

Return Instructions: MISSZON Support will provide a return address within 3 business days.

Return Notification: Send MISSZON a return notification with the courier name and tracking number for prompt processing.

Refund Process

Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will refund and credit the original form of payment. Processing usually takes 3-5 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund after seven (7) days, please first check your bank account to see if there are any notifications of failed refunds.

If you paid by credit card, please contact your credit card company. Sometimes, refunds are delayed for unknown reasons and take more time to be officially credited.

If you paid via bank account, please contact your bank first. Usually, it takes some time for the refund to be credited.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects of goods sold directly by MISSZON or authorized dealers are covered by our 2-year global warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase and is invalid if the goods are taken abroad or shipped directly from unauthorized sellers.

Quality-related claims for goods purchased through authorized dealers (e.g. Walmart, Best Buy) are initially handled by the dealers themselves. MISSZON will only take over the claim if the dealer is unable or unwilling to handle the claim. In this case, the item will be replaced with a new product. If replacement is not possible, a partial refund will be provided based on the age of the device.

The warranty period of the replacement product is the same as the original product, or 3 months after the replacement (whichever is longer). After a full refund, the warranty is invalid.

Warranty Claim Process

Provide proof of purchase: Valid proof includes order number, sales invoice or dated receipt from authorized dealers.

Documenting the problem: Provide the defective product's serial number and/or visible evidence of the defect.

Returning the product for inspection: Return the defective product if a quality inspection is required.

Situations Not Covered by the Warranty

Products without proof of purchase.

Lost or stolen products.

Products whose warranty period has expired.

Issues not related to quality (30 days after purchase).

Free product and repair through a third party.

Damage caused by misuse, drops, extreme conditions, or unauthorized repairs.

Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Returns for non-quality reasons.
  • Warranty claims outside the country of purchase.
  • Unexpected returns.
  • Items found to be intact upon inspection.

When using the prepaid shipping label provided by MISSZON, we will be responsible for damage or loss during shipping. For non-quality issues, buyers are responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
