Q: Can I use coupons, promotional codes or special offers?

  • Unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the offer, most Aisiml coupons and discounts will apply to your order.

    Q: Can I change or cancel an order?

    • Since we have a small time interval between receiving and fulfilling an order, it is best for you to change or cancel an order before it is shipped.

      Q: Can I use different "bill to" and "send to" addresses?

      • If you choose to ship your order to an address other than the credit card billing address, Aisiml may contact you to verify the "ship to" address. This may cause a short delay. In order to speed up order processing, please provide the latest contact information when placing an order.

         Notes:

        • After the order is shipped, the "consignee" address cannot be changed.

          Q: Can I ship the same order to multiple addresses?

          • Currently, our international fulfillment suppliers cannot accept multiple shipping addresses. If you need to send goods to multiple addresses, please place an order separately.

              Q: Why can all orders be packed in one box, but my order is sent in multiple packages?

              • Items ordered from Aisiml may be shipped from multiple locations, so they cannot be shipped in one box.

                Q: Where can Aisiml orders be shipped to?

                • Aisiml currently provides international transportation to almost all countries and regions.

                  Q: How to check the status of an order?

                  • After completing any order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. After the order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information. This information can also be obtained from your online "Account History" under "Account Information".

                    Q: What should I do if the tracking number I received does not work?

                    • It may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be registered/scanned in the operator's system. This may prevent viewing your shipment.

                      If two working days have passed after receiving your tracking number and you still cannot track your order, please contact our customer service department at support@aisiml.com. The clothing service department will provide your information to the Aisiml logistics team to investigate and provide effective tracking information.

                      Q: What if I never receive an order?

                        • Sometimes, the package is lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address or arrives in a separate package.
                        • Packages can also be left to family members, neighbors, colleagues or building managers.
